Our Polices

Payment Policy:

All reservations must be paid for in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. A reservation is not confirmed until it is paid. Our preferred payment option is internet banking to Levin Holiday Park Ltd, BNZ 02-0668-0115836-000. Payment is also welcome by visa or mastercard. If you do choose to pay by credit card there is a 2% credit card fee. Cash and eftpos do not incur any fees. Cost of damage to property or accommodation will be recovered. Any extra cleaning will incur a cleaning cost. For group bookings, half the total is to be paid as a deposit to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

A 75% refund (of the total amount of the booking) will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. If you have booked through a third party (an online travel agent) please read the terms and conditions applicable. They may be different. No refunds will be given or early departures or late arrivals. A no-show is considered a cancelled booking. No refunds for inclement weather conditions. Bookings are not transferrable. Group bookings If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable. If the cancellation is for a significant portion of the booking within 30 days the management reserve the right to charge for any unsold rooms. A cancellation of the whole booking earlier than 30 days prior to arrival will result in half the deposit being forfeited. All deposits refunded for group bookings will have an administration fee of $50.00 deducted.

Child Policy:

We are a family friendly park, your children are welcome but must be supervised by parents at all times. This includes the playground. Infant are 0 - 1 year, are free of charge. Children are 2 - 14 years inclusive Adults are 15 years + There must be at least one guest who is 18 years of age or older.

CheckIn Policy:

Guests are welcome to arrive and check in from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Late check ins are possible, please let us know if this is required. Departure time is 10:00 am for sites and accommodation. Please leave your key at reception or place in the key box if reception is closed.

Privacy Policy:

If you have a visitor during your stay with us, we will direct them to your room/site unless you ask us not too.
